This extraordinary and delicious drink is produced from the flowers of a very special variety of tropical hibiscus.


We take an infusion of this hibiscus and lightly sweeten it with natural fruit extract to create a drink which tastes fantastic and is rich in anti-oxidants, yet contains no added colours, flavours or preservatives.


Central to the ethos of Simply Hibi is our relationship with the farmers who grow the hibiscus. We deal directly with Ugandan smallholder farmers, often in areas recently disrupted by conflict, providing training and assistance as well as a guaranteed market for their produce.
